I have read your mail that you have sent me and have discussed it at length with my attorneys and other parties that this affects. I would like to comment as follows:
Firstly, I would like to say that I have some information regarding the matter that you addressed in your mail to me. I am prepared to share what information I know of the incident, as well as share any documentation I may have, pertaining to the case you referred to, so that you and the viewers can get as close as possible to the truth and what is happening here in Mozambique with regards to Rhino poaching in the KNP and or the decimation of the Elephant population here for its Ivory. However, before we can proceed with any interviews with you and Carte Blanche, there will be certain guarantees that you will have to address to me in writing from Carte Blanche through your attorneys in SA.
The reasoning behind my requests for certain guarantees is quite simple, you are looking for information about crimes committed in the KNP that involve extremely dangerous and powerful people in Mozambique. I not only fear for my own life, but that of my family and work colleagues ,that have nothing to do with the incident mentioned by you in your mail. Frankly you should also be concerned for your own safety. These people are ruthless. I want to make it clear that I have nothing to hide from you and as previously mentioned I am quite willing to share what I know with you, albeit quite small in the greater scheme of things. The lives of my family, colleagues and my own life are not worth the interview if you can’t guarantee my safety.
For the sake of safety, may I suggest we conduct the interview in South Africa. The smallest inkling of an interview, could place us all in danger here.
Once you have guaranteed my safety in writing, I am willing to share more information with you by mail, or we can wait until you want to meet up with me.

With great surprise, I received from my South African partners of Investcon Ltd, an information that your prestigious Television Station sent a list of questions to our society about illegal weapons found somewhere with licensing registration supposedly connected to Investcon.
My South Africans partners immediately handed the questions to a lawyer in Nelspruit to advise the company on review and reaction on the subject, under the law of South Africa.
However, as the subject plays a society where I’m non-executive partner, possessing only participation, and in terms of the Mozambican press law, i have a right to be heard prior to the publication of something to put in my name, I have to clarify the following:
1. I’m not a founding partner of Investcon, i came in later as a partner.
2. Since I joined the company i just remember we required 7 licenses weapons that are stored in the enterprise, for the conservation and Safaris project located in Chicualacuala district, near the border with Zimbabwe. So I do not know the allegations that comes in the questionnaire.
3. As a partner not involved directly in the management, I’m not react on behalf of society but I intend to only make it clear that I do not know the information listed in your questionnaire.
4. I have deep passion with nature and i have supported and involved in conservation initiatives.
Unfortunately I didn’t take on time the knowledge of the subject since the South African partners immediately tried to hand over the matter to the Lawyer in South Africa, i would have responded in time.
It would be better to deepen the investigation to the issuing authority of licenses of weapons possession in the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Mozambique, taking In consideration that the syndicate networks of poachers are increasingly refining their art tricks.
