Channel 24 loves #TheVoiceSA and we love their tweets! They kicked off Sunday night’s conversation with a gif of former The Voice US coach Christina Aguilera doing a massive yay, with the caption, β€œIt's @VoiceSA time! #TheVoiceSA”.

Then it was on to the performers. Anchen impressed Bobby and was greeted by our host Stacey Norman, who posted, β€œWelcome to @VoiceSA S2 @AnchG13.” But Stacey was also getting plaudits, notably from fellow 947 on-air personality Philicity Reeken, who wrote, β€œYou know Sundays consist of, kids, snacks, @VoiceSA, and watching my mate @staceynorman owning it.”

SA Celeb Tweets were in on the action again, and embraced second talent Tender to the show with, β€œWow what a Tender voice! #TheVoiceSA @VoiceSA @MNet 3 Turns! Welcome to #TeamLira, Tender! @Miss_LIRA”. Lindo’s song choice caught the attention of Zama Mvulane, who tweeted, β€œ#Lindo is doing a #Burnout @VoiceSA #TheVoiceSA”. Meanwhile, Miracle Shumba had noticed another aspect of the show we’re proud of: β€œRetweet if you also appreciate the way @VoiceSA treats all contestants with such respect and honor. How refreshing!” Truth!

Jacqueline’s performance got the attention of all four coaches and plenty of you too. Keanu B offered, β€œYas girl slay on #thevoicesa” while ObiwanJacobie picked up Kahn’s peach of a pitch: β€œYoh!!! "You wanna win? Guess what I won this last year!" #DropTheMic #Fire #TeamKahn #TheVoiceSA”.

Chad’s version of Matthew Mole’s β€œAutumn” impressed Bobby and Lira – he opted for the former – and Stacey, who tweeted, β€œ.@chazzywick making @MatthewJMole proud on @VoiceSA”. And Fatman caused plenty chatter with his chilled brand of silliness and his voice, with Channel 24 calling it out: β€œFatman is definitely one of our favourites. His voice has such a rich tone. @VoiceSA”. His coach however seemed… Scared! Kahn wrote, β€œ@VoiceSA @MNet If I go missing, look in Bela Bela please.” LOL!

Final talent of the night Marco had all four coaches turning - and you tweeting! Notably it was Kahn again who chirped, β€œ*in a high-pitched voice* Jealous @bobbyvjaarsveld! Maybe I shouldn’t have said Marco looked like an accountant… #TheVoiceSA”. Maybe not, bud!

A special shout out to Sheila Grobler, who was with us all night and tweeted some gems, including a pic of her daughter sitting backwards on the couch with the caption, β€œ@VoiceSA #TheVoiceSA my daughter being a coach” and the perfect wrap-up: β€œaaah another superfast show done & dusted. Wish time went a little slower while The Voice is on” with sad face. See you all this Sunday!
