It’s almost October, which means it’s almost Halloween, and M-Net Movies Showcase is celebrating with a magnificent monster collection.

It’s almost October, which means it’s almost Halloween, and M-Net Movies Showcase is celebrating with a magnificent monster collection.

Monsters are simply defined as “a large, ugly, and frightening imaginary creature” or “a thing of extraordinary or daunting size.” Folklore, literature and, of course, movies have taught us that monsters can be so much more, whether they’re aliens, dinosaurs, ghosts or trolls. Often, a being’s actions rather than features are what turn them into monsters.

October’s Monster Collection will bring you monsters in all shapes and sizes, peppered with laughter, and more than a few scares. Sometimes, we may even discover that monsters lie not in “creatures of daunting size” but within ourselves.
